On 11th December, 2017, the Supreme Administrative Court issued a resolution stating that services involving the restoration and development of the Baltic Sea coast for the purpose of preserving the already existing seashores in an undamaged state and protecting them from further destruction are services related to the protection of the marine environment. Therefore, a 0% VAT rate applies to them.
