The IMLS (http://www.imls.law/) held in Singapore came to an end, with all participants, both speakers and spectators, returning home – literally to all corners of the world! It was truly exiting to meet and exchange views with such a cosmopolitan group of people, all of which are involved in shipping and maritime law and business. Particularly I would like to thank George Eddings (UK)who wonderfully moderated our panel, which included Rafał Czyżyk – Managing Partner of CMW Legal of Poland, Ricardo Rozas from Chile, Jasper Groen (the Netherlands) and Bobby O’Connor from the USA. We are grateful for all the interest shown in respect of the panel discussion re. “Prejudgment Security and Post Judgment Enforcement”.
Other panellists at the Seminar were also: Amitava Majumdar (India), Marco Remiorz (Germany), Johannes Grove Nielsen (Denmark), Lynn Krieger (USA), Lucas Leite Marques (Brazil), Diego de San Simon (Spain), Sofie Tykvenko (Norway), while the moderators will be: Stephen Harper and Claire Waller from Singapore.
