Further to the content of our post from July this year, [https://lnkd.in/dm9hab49] we would like to remind you that as early as 13 October 2022, the so-called holding law, will be introduced into the Polish legal order.
The amendment is to enable a parent company and its subsidiaries to follow a common economic strategy in order to pursue the interest of a corporate group.
