CMW Legal was among the partners of the International Maritime Law Seminar (IMLS) in London, the first event after the Covid-19 pandemic, taking place on 6 October 2022 at Merchant Taylor Hall. CMW Legal was represented by Pawel Mickiewicz, who elaborated on Carriers’ lien v. Consignees’ remedies, and Rafal Czyzyk – both Senior Partners at CMW Legal.

The recent IMLS in London stressed the growing importance of the shipping and maritime sector and the increasing number of complex legal and compliance issues related to it.
