The healthcare sector remains one of the most active areas of the M&A market, and another transaction involving a private medical clinic has been added to the portfolio of projects completed by CMW Legal, in which we acted on the buy-side.
In this project, CMW Legal’s team provided comprehensive legal support, including, among others, due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, as well as assistance during the closing stage.
