CMW Legal was one of the partners of the International Maritime Law Seminar (IMLS) in London, which took place on 7 November 2023. Our firm was represented by Pawel Mickiewicz – Coordinating Partner of CMW Legal and Piotr Porzycki – Partner at CMW Legal, who elaborated on “Container demurrage: English law against Polish perspective”.
Many thanks to the numerous guests, as well as all the other speakers from IMLS, for the opportunity to meet and share views and comments on, among other things, the growing importance of the shipping and maritime sector and the increasing number of complex legal issues involved.
