The next edition of the International Maritime Law Seminar (www.imls.law) will be held in Singapore on 20th June, 2024 (detailed programme below). The theme of this year’s Seminar is: “Recent Development in Maritime Law Around the World”.
As already announced, the Seminar is co-organised by CMW Legal, which this year will be represented by Rafał Czyżyk – Managing Partner. He will participate as a speaker on a panel moderated by George Eddings (UK), whose topic will be: “Prejudgment Security and Post Judgment Enforcement”. Co-panelists in this discussion will also be: Ricardo Rozas from Chile, Jasper Groen (the Netherlands) and Bobby O’Connor from the USA.
Other panellists at the Seminar will include: Amitava Majumdar (India), Marco Remiorz (Germany), Johannes Grove Nielsen (Denmark), Lynn Krieger (USA), Lucas Leite Marques (Brazil), Diego de San Simon (Spain), Henrik Hagberg (Norway) and Juan David Morgan (Panama), while the moderators will be: Stephen Harper and Claire Waller from Singapore.
