The graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Currently, the trainee attorney at the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Szczecin.
He gained experience in bailiffs’ offices and law firms in Szczecin, as well as in the Ernst & Young International Tax team.
His areas of interest include tax law and commercialisation of new technologies especially regulations concerning blockchain, smart contracts, robotics and FinTech sector. Due to his practice, he also specializes in issues related to enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
Mikołaj is a certified specialist in management accounting and a finalist in two tax law practical knowledge competitions organized by representatives of the “Big Four”.
He is fluent in English and German.
