A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin.
His areas of interest include civil law and corporate law, with particular emphasis on corporate governance, organization, and the functioning of commercial companies. He actively participates in both national and international academic life, regularly presenting at Polish and international conferences. He is also a co-author of scholarly publications produced as part of international research projects.
In his work, he combines theoretical knowledge with a practical approach to legal issues, focusing on delivering effective, commercially sound, and business-oriented solutions.
