On 27th March, 2023, the 3rd edition of the conference \u201cRailroad law\u201d was held, organized by the ProKolej Foundation in cooperation with the Railway Transport Office, which was attended by Rafal Czy\u017cyk – managing partner of CMW Legal. During the conference a number of interesting topics in the field of investments and taxes were discussed. Consideration was also given to the need for a significant amendment, and perhaps the adoption of a new act on railway transport, which could eliminate a number of existing interpretation problems, in particular with regard to other branches of law, e.g. construction law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
