As part of the project, we were responsible for analysing the relationships of the entities in the client’s group, reviewing the transactions carried out between them and identifying those subject to the documentary duty.<\/p>\n

In addition, our services included support in transfer pricing reporting to the tax authorities, assistance in determining the method of calculation of remuneration and carrying out benchmark analysis, as well as the drafting of transfer pricing tax documentation concerning sea and rail forwarding services, organisation of port handling and ship management services.<\/p>\n
