It was truly exiting to meet and exchange views with such a cosmopolitan group of people, all of which are involved in shipping and maritime law and business. Particularly I would like to thank Oliver Goosens who wonderfully moderated our panel, which included Francisco Linares, Lynn Krieger and Diego de San Sim\u00f3n Palacios We are grateful for all the interest shown in respect of the presentation of Rafa\u0142 Czy\u017cyk \u2013 Managing Partner of CMW Legal: \u201cKnock for knock &#8211; standard rule in the offshore industry &#8211; A Polish perspective\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>CU all in the next edition of the International Maritime Law Seminar (IMLS) in London and please safe the date: 07th November 2023!
