The theme of this year&#8217;s Seminar is: &#8220;Recent Development in Maritime Law Around the World&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As already announced, the Seminar is co-organised by CMW Legal, which this year will be represented by Rafa\u0142 Czy\u017cyk &#8211; Managing Partner. He will participate as a speaker on a panel moderated by George Eddings (UK), whose topic will be: &#8220;Prejudgment Security and Post Judgment Enforcement&#8221;.
