Implementing this procedure within\u00a0an\u00a0organization’s structure requires several actions, including choosing\u00a0a\u00a0reporting method, creating a registry, consulting with trade unions or employee representatives, and preparing documentation to facilitate investigations into reported irregularities. It is crucial to ensure that the implemented measures comply with data protection regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the latest position of the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy, the procedure should be established by 1st<\/sup> January, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
