The new Polish Act of 26 April, 2024, on ensuring that business entities meet the accessibility requirements for certain products and services introduces obligations for, among others, manufacturers, importers and distributors of computers, smartphones, or e-book readers, as well as non-micro-enterprise providers of e-commerce services directed to consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new obligations concern, inter alia, labelling, instructions and safety documentation for products and their interfaces, and accessibility and comprehensibility of services and related rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
