On 1st<\/sup> December 2021, significant changes in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring law will come into force, aimed at simplification and electronification of proceedings.\u00a0As of that date, pleadings and other documents will be filed, with minor exceptions, via the IT system supporting court proceedings with the use of forms made available therein. Judgements with qualified electronic signatures will also be recorded in the system upon their issuance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also as of the beginning of December 2021, the National Debtors Register will come into operation, from which we will be able to learn, among others, about whom restructuring proceedings are conducted, who has filed for bankruptcy and for whom bankruptcy has been declared. The Register will also contain data on natural persons who have not fulfilled their alimony obligation.<\/p>\n
