On 13 October 2022, amendments to the Commercial Companies Code will come into force, i.e. the so-called holding law, will be introduced into the Polish legal order. The rules of functioning of corporate groups in Poland will be specified, and in addition some rules of operation of capital company bodies will be modified.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The amendment is to enable a parent company and its subsidiaries to follow a common economic strategy in order to pursue the interest of a corporate group.<\/span><\/p>\n
