In addition, he graduated in economics of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin.<\/p>\r\n<p>His main interests are in the following areas: labour, civil, commercial and economic laws. He has extensive experience in comprehensive legal services for business entities, in particular in the area of labour law and social security, including labour agreements, internal company regulations, employee liability, individual and group redundancies, employment litigation, occupational health and safety, inspections in workplaces or relationships with trade unions.<\/p>\r\n<p>He also deals with issues of temporary work, posting of workers and employing foreigners. As part of his practice, he participates in carrying out investment and restructuring projects, including preparing legal audits, and provides support in negotiating, preparing and reviewing contracts.
