On 4-6 April 2024, XI Seminar of the West Pomeranian Maritime Cluster took place in Kołobrzeg, during which, among other topics, the Polish wind energy and shipbuilding industry, perspectives of employee training on the example of EDU OFFSHORE WIND 2024, electricity storage and self-production, control practices during cross-border service provision, or the employment of foreigners in the Offshore Wind & Shipbuilding sector were debated.
