Studied and graduated with a Master of Law degree at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. At 2017 he passed his bar exam with distinction and became attorney at law at the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Szczecin.

Aleksander is an attorney at law practicing in new technologies and related legal issues, including data protection, cybersecurity and the use of artificial intelligence in business. He provides advice on Polish and European Data Protection Law, supporting CMW Legal’s Clients in all data protection aspects, in particular those involving business transactions, employment, finance and international trade, and also deals with analytics related to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence regulations.

He has long-standing experience in providing legal services to the maritime and manufacturing industries, dealing with Polish and international contract law and litigation in the maritime industry, working for shipowners as well as shipyards, ports, cargo terminals and financial institutions. He has experience in both the construction and repairs of large commercial vessels, military vessels and luxury yachts.

In his work, he focuses on issues and risks typical of these cases, as well as taking into account the so-called new law and legal elements concerning the use of the latest technologies.

He also practices in intellectual property law and new technologies law, providing legal assistance in the field of e-commerce, creative industries, domain name rights, digital marketing, software licenses, copyright infringement and legal aspects of data privacy in IT solutions and online services.

Aleksander represents CMW Legal’s Clients before courts in civil and commercial cases, as well as before administration authorities, including proceedings before the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
